Book-keeping means different things to different people. There are still people in business who collect all their papers in a box or bag and take it to their accountants once a year for their tax return. This is a very expensive process for the accountant and the client and we don't take on this type of work.

We do provide all types of book-keeping arrangements ranging from a Simplex or Collins accounts book, though a spreadsheet based system up to PC or Cloud based accounts systems like Kashflow, Clearbooks, Quickbooks and Sage. We are Quickbooks Professional Advisers and have been working with Sage systems since 1992.

We train people to use simple systems and are happy to teach someone in your office/family to do the day to day work.

We use various methods to access source documents including internet based shared document systems like SugarSync right through to dropping in once a week and picking up a document wallet.

We can provide PC templates for you to fill in to tell us about money you have received or paid out etc.

We'll produce as much or as little information as you require at intervals you request.

We can administer your whole accounts office from receiving Supplier Invoices through to chasing money owed, or we can simply collect a file of papers and entere them regularly. It's up to you.
